Fruit Cheese in ceramic glass bowl with 500g
In Portugal we call it “Marmelada”. Because of it's rigid consistency, that can be sliced like cheese, it's best English translation is “Quince Cheese”.
Serve it as a very simple dessert including a slice of marmalade with one of cheese (that we use to call "Romeo and Juliet"). In Portugal it is also used as a filling of traditional cakes and cookies.
