Tangerine, Juniper and Whisky Marmelade

Fresh tangerines, picked in the morning, with an extraordinary aroma. Only separate the seeds, grind a little, add Whisky and some juniper berries... Et voilà! Can you smell it?!

I whould like to do this jam every days, just because of the aroma that stays in the whole house. S-O-B-E-R-B!
