This jam is not for a dessert, it goes well with some dishes and in presentation of entrees. Serve it with meats, barbecue, cheeses, french fries... and with all of your imagination!
Present it, for example, in a few rollers in puff pastry with Camerbert cheese, easy and quick, for a light entree. Or, if you enjoy spicy flavors, use it on steak fondue or simply to accompany a good grilled steak.
