How to use:
The pillow may be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer depending on the intended use. The pit stones, due to their insulation, can retain the temperature for a long time and release the heat or cold very slowly.
Heat warmly in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at maximum temperature.
Can also be used water-soaked. Put the pillow in the water, remove it and allow it to drain. Then place it in the microwave for a minute at the most and you will get a damp heat.
Fits any area of the body.
It is washable by hand or washing machine (30ºC max.).
Indications:
Comfortable for all ages.
It replaces the traditional hot water bottle, being ideal for muscle relaxation, massages, relief of pains that can be treated based on thermotherapy, such as neck or back pain, menstrual pain, menopause, osteoporosis, breast pain in breastfeeding , etc.
Test the temperature of the pillow before using it on babies, to help relieve cramps or simply to keep the baby warm.
